Reporting to the Director, Performance Development, the F&I Specialist will be responsible for travelling to assigned accounts and to provide dealership business offices with the necessary tools, training and approach to successfully implement the Customer Advantage Plan at the dealership. This role is also responsible for ensuring that adequate systems are in place and suggest improvements to streamline the office operation. From time to time, the F&I Specialist may be required to fill in at the dealership level during the absence of the Finance Manager.
Position Accountabilities
- Implement sales process and products within dealerships
- Conduct individual and group training and provide on-going coaching
- Troubleshoot business office operations and solve problems
- Cultivate relationships to ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities
- Manage an assigned territory and effectively plan resources to support business needs
- Evaluate dealership talent and provide recommendations
- Proven track record of producing superior F&I results
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
- Willingness to travel in Ontario
- Well developed problem solving skills; ability to succeed in situations with conflicting priorities

- Post secondary education in business or an automotive related discipline
- Must have 3-5 years retail automotive dealership experience in a Finance & Insurance Manager or Sales Manager role

Position Summary
The Service Representative will be responsible for managing equipment and programs at current and future Sym-Tech® dealers. Working with the Service Departments at dealerships, you will use your automotive service experience and excellent relationship building skills to provide service and technical support for our products.
This position is located in London, Ontario and will service South Western Ontario (London – Windsor).
Position Accountabilities
- Install Sym-Tech® equipment at customer retail locations.
- Maintain excellent business relationships with South Western Ontario automotive dealers by providing superior service.
- Train Service Department staff on how to use equipment and explain program benefits.
- Respond in a timely manner to various customer requests.
- Engage Sym-Tech® resources and/or departments of customer issues and follow-up to ensure issue is addressed.
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of the Automotive Retail industry, preferably with service or fixed operations.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and well-organized records.
- Willingness to travel, specifically in South Western Ontario.
- Possess a clean and valid Ontario driver’s license.
Required Experience, Education and Designations
- Minimum of five years experience working experience in a service department in a dealership or body shop.

The Warranty Advisor is responsible for ensuring all customer claims and enquiries are handled in a timely manner and are in compliance with the product contract terms and conditions. This position is also responsible for coordinating service and repair activities.
Position Accountabilities
- Ensure claim requests received from customers are received and handled in an appropriate and time-efficient manner
- Provide the Sales department with information relating to outstanding cases, customer issues or complaints and follow-up with Sales to ensure cases/issues are resolved
- Monitor and analyze warranty expense data on a regular basis at the dealer and regional levels
- Liaise with the customer and explain both verbally and in writing the results of the warranty investigation
- Assist in the negotiation with customers with regards to warranty disputes and cost approvals
- Establish a system to monitor and maintain warranty trends to develop effective corrective actions to ensure acceptable levels of customer satisfaction are met
- Solid computer skills with MS Office
- Ability to maintain accurate, well organized records
- Strong people management skills
- Proven negotiation & problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Post secondary education, preferably in an automotive related program
- 5 years experience in automotive dealerships, body shops or service counters

Position Accountabilities
- Assist with the Recruitment and Selection process, including resume screening, reference checks and liaising with external contacts and recruiters.
- Support the new hire orientation program and onboarding process including the preparation of new hire kits and individualized schedules.
- Maintains employee records (electronic and paper based) ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.
- Assists in the ongoing maintenance and creation of HR Policies and Procedures and ensuring policies meet all legislative requirements.
- Assists with the annual employee performance review process.
- Provides accurate and timely responses to employee enquiries.
- Member of the Company’s JHSC committee and supports the development of Health & Safety practices including training, meeting management and workplace inspections.

- Completion of post-secondary education.
